Chief Executive Officer
Bradley Thompson-Moreland is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-II) and healthcare executive with extensive experience supporting people in recovery across residential and outpatient settings. He brings clinical integrity and operational clarity to GraceRidge Recovery Home so residents have a stable place to live and grow.

Chief Operating Officer
Sasha Zabelovsky is an operations leader with more than a decade of experience in behavioral health and addiction recovery settings. He understands how a sober living home runs day to day, from intake and house flow to the systems that keep life consistent and safe.

Director of Client Services
Sara Glazer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings a clinician's insight to resident support. She helps people navigate the practical and personal side of sober living with clarity, care, and respect.
